Just a quick thought: maintaining relationships is hard. Managing money and property takes effort too.
You’ve got some great kids and a house and a partner. That’s definitely ‘glass half full’. (Overfull sometimes!)

Those are all good things to have in your life, but plenty to juggle.
Worry is real, and shouldn’t be underestimated.
